Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Hypnotherapy for Anxiety & Panic Attacks:

Anxiety can be hugely debilitating and can be experienced in a number of different ways such as:  excess worry in every day life, feeling on edge, difficulty in concentrating, feeling panicky or frightened.  Physical symptoms include: increased breathing, palpitations, insomnia, sweating and nausea.

Hypnotherapy can bring about a fundamental change in your thoughts and the way you feel, behave and react.  Using breathing and relaxation techniques wiith positive affirmations can help break the cycle.  This works along side focusing on your daily goals along with teaching self hypnosis to allow you to regain control over your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

Panic Attacks:

Panic attacks can develop at particular times of stress, as a trigger to a particular event, or as a learned behaviour, perhaps from a family member.  Because a panic attack is triggered unconsciously, hypnotherapy can be a very effective treatment.  I will teach you how to use breathing techniques to use outwith the therapy session.  Further treatment will include breaking the habitual triggered response, direct suggestion therapy directed at the unconscious mind and boosting your confidence and motivation to regain control in all areas of your life.
